Ltd. and Partner Landline Telecommunication Solutions L.P. in an administrative motion before the Court of Administrative Matters and the Supreme Court, submitted by Bezeq against the Ministry of Welfare and other parties, in an attempt to cancel a bid issued by the Ministry of Welfare for the provision of subsidized telephony services.
