David joined Sharon Raviv & Co., Law Offices in 2008. Previously, David worked in Israel for two other premier Israeli law firms, Herzog, Fox & Neeman and Yigal Arnon & Co, as well as a leading Australian firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth Lawyers. David also spent approximately two years working with a private equity group in Australia, as an investment and commercial manager.
 
David’s areas of expertise include venture capital transactions, mergers & acquisitions, fund formation, corporate finance, project finance and general corporate representation. David has represented a number of major institutional and venture capital clients in investment and other transactions. Representative transactions in which David was involved include:
  • Representation of a range of venture capital funds, including Benchmark, CIBC, Israel Seed, Jerusalem Global, Philips VC, Carlyle, Apex, Concord, relating to their investments in various Israeli start-up companies.
  • Fund formation work for venture capital funds such as Concord Ventures, Jerusalem Global and Rothschild Venture Capital.
  • Representation of IBM (Israel) in its acquisition of PwC Consulting – part of a complex multinational transaction.
  • Representation of COM21 during its merger with Gadline Ltd.
  • Representation of Tradeum Inc. during their acquisition by VerticalNet.
