- Structuring pricing methodologies and feasible reward/credit mechanisms;
- Structuring, drafting and negotiating agreements and all related schedules, including the SOW, SLA and fee schedules, in the following areas:
- Information technology outsourcing
- Software and hardware development, licensing, distribution and maintenance
