We represent ISP’s, satellite service providers, providers of domestic and international fiber optics transmission services, and landline telephone operators. We also represent Israel’s largest collocation service provider and have gained particular expertise in this field.

Specific recent industry related assignments include:
- Representing SkyVision Holdings Limited, a global provider of IP connectivity services over satellite and terrestrial fiber optic networks in emerging markets, in a $25m investment by Citi Venture Capital International;
- Advising a major Israeli telecoms operator on numerous bids for the provision of landline telephony, data transmission and ISP services;
- Advising SkyVision Global Networks LLC on a multi-year contract with Eutelsat for the lease of a full transponder on the W2A satellite;
- Representing Partner Communication Co. Ltd. and Partner Landline Telecommunication Solutions L.P. before the Court of Administrative Matters and the Supreme Court, in an administrative motion submitted by Bezeq against the Ministry of Welfare and other parties, in an attempt to cancel a bid issued by the Ministry of Welfare for the provision of subsidized telephony services;
- Representing a major telecoms provider in a range of contracts in connection with the set up of its internet backbone, including acquisition of international bandwidth, collocation services, and agreements with high speed Internet providers, as well as the development, licensing and supply of the dedicated end user equipment.
